Frequently asked questions

What is cash on delivery (COD)?

The customer places the order without paying and pays on receipt. The local carrier collects the amount in the local currency, N1 reconciles it order by order and the payout shows up in your finance dashboard.

When do I get paid?

Payouts for delivered orders go out on D+2. You follow your available balance, forecast and history in the dashboard, and get paid to your global account or in crypto.

Do I need a company in Europe?

Not for the logistics operation: you use N1's structure. The obligations of your business and your product remain yours; when needed, we support product registration or notification.

Do I need inventory?

No. As an affiliate you sell products that are already in the operation. With your own product, you ship the stock to Europe.

Which countries do you operate in?
