What 3PL and fulfillment mean

3PL stands for third-party logistics: a company that runs the physical side of your e-commerce for you. Fulfillment is the work itself: receiving your stock, storing it, picking and packing each order, handing it to the carrier and dealing with whatever comes back.

Selling into Europe rarely stalls on marketing. It stalls on this structure: a warehouse that accepts your volume, a carrier that delivers in each country, a way to collect cash on delivery and someone to handle the parcel the customer refused. Building that alone means separate contracts per country and systems that don't talk to each other.

With N1, the stock sits in our warehouses in Europe, close to the buyer, and the order leaves as a domestic delivery. Where the market prefers to pay at the door, cash on delivery runs inside the same operation.

Who does what, with no fine print

This is the exact boundary of the partnership. If anything in the left column isn't in place, the structure won't pay off.

How it goes live

  1. Account review and proposal — We look at product, expected volume and destination markets. This is where we decide whether the structure fits your case, say no when it doesn't, and send the commercial proposal when it does.
  2. Shipping inventory to the warehouses — This is the longest and most variable step: the timeline depends on getting your products to Europe, not on our side of the process.
  3. Integration and go live — Once the stock is received, you connect your store and orders start flowing into the warehouse queue automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to open a company in Europe?

Not to use the logistics structure: you operate on top of our warehouses and delivery network. Your own tax and corporate obligations remain yours, so confirm them with your accountant before you scale.

Which countries can I sell to?

Cash on delivery is active in 8 markets: Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Spain. All of them run from the same account.

Does N1 sell for me?

No. N1 runs the operation. Marketing, sales and demand generation are yours. If you have traffic but no product yet, the most direct path is our affiliate system.
