Success stories
The kinds of operations N1 runs in Europe. Cases with a brand name and numbers are only published with the client's written authorisation, so for now we describe profiles, not results.
Operation profiles we serve
Qualitative descriptions of typical operations. No figures: results depend on each seller's product, media and investment.
Brazilian supplement brand entering Italy
A brand with a product validated in Brazil puts stock in our warehouses in Europe and starts selling with cash on delivery in Italy, while the team keeps its focus on media and offer.
Affiliate with traffic and no stock
A media buyer picks an offer from the community catalogue, generates the link and promotes it. Stock, delivery and COD collection stay with the producer and N1.
Physical-product e-commerce moving from another 3PL
A store already selling in Europe connects Shopify, moves its stock and brings order management, cash on delivery and returns into one panel.
What these operations have in common
None of them starts with logistics. They arrive with a validated product, or with traffic, and the ability to generate demand consistently. The structure is what turns that demand into deliveries without breaking the operation along the way.
That's why we're selective at the door: when demand doesn't exist, no logistics structure creates results. When it does, the structure is what separates growing from stalling.
What tends to repeat in operations that work
- A product validated before scaling media spend
- Stock placed in Europe before opening the traffic tap
- Integration active from day one, with no manual order entry
- Margin calculated on paid orders, with refusals included
- The seller's team using the panel as the single source of status
Frequently asked questions
Why aren't there named cases with numbers?
Because most sellers operate in competitive niches and prefer not to expose brand, offer and results. We only publish a named case, with figures, when the client authorises it in writing.
Is there a guaranteed result?
No. Results depend on each operation's product, media and investment. N1's structure removes the logistics bottleneck; it doesn't generate demand.
Can I speak with a current client?
Talk to the team. References happen when a client agrees to talk, which we assess case by case.
Want to build the next operation?
If you already have a validated product and consistent demand, the logistics bottleneck is the part we solve.
