Compliance

The rules that define who we work with, what we agree to process and how we handle risk, fraud and reports. International logistics only holds up with clear limits.

1. Principles

N1 Global operates across several countries, with third-party products and money in transit. That demands judgement at the door and consistency in execution — not a signed form that nobody looks at again.

Our principles: accept only partners and products we can operate safely, comply with the law of every market we work in, keep a record of what happens in the operation, and act when something looks off.

2. Partner assessment (KYC)

Before approving or maintaining an account, we may verify:

  • Identification of the partner and of the company responsible for the operation
  • The nature of the product and its suitability for the destination markets
  • The origin and supply chain of the inventory to be received
  • Expected volume and declared operational capacity
  • Operating history, where applicable

3. What we accept and what we don't

We operate

  • Physical products that are legal in the destination markets
  • Nutraceuticals that meet the applicable requirements
  • Brands with a demonstrated right to sell the product
  • Operations with a validated product and their own demand

We don't operate

  • Illicit products or products banned in the destination country
  • Counterfeits and infringement of third-party intellectual property
  • Restricted items the partner can't provide evidence for
  • Offers that make misleading promises to the end consumer

4. Operational controls

Fraud prevention

We monitor atypical order and platform-behaviour patterns and act on identified cases.

Anti-corruption

We neither offer nor accept improper advantage to obtain facilitation, in any country where we operate.

Sanctions and restrictions

Operations involving people, companies or destinations under applicable sanctions are not accepted.

Data protection

Role-based access, activity logging and the standard described on the Data Protection page (LGPD and GDPR).

Traceability

Every order keeps its full history, which makes it possible to reconstruct what happened when needed.

Conduct towards consumers

Truthful information about delivery times and status. Misleading communication to end consumers may lead to the end of the partnership.

5. Reporting channel

Suspected irregularities, misconduct or breaches of these rules should be reported to [email protected] with “Compliance” in the subject line.

Reports are investigated and handled confidentially. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith.

6. Consequences

Breaches may lead to suspension of order processing, account blocking and termination of the partnership, in addition to the measures set out in the contract and any notifications required by law.

The terms of the relationship between the parties are in the Terms of Use and in the agreement entered into with each seller or affiliate.
