Consulting: a guided path to build your brand in Europe

The team walks every stage with you (regulatory framing, product, branding, pricing and operating structure), reviewing each decision before it turns into cost.

  • 8 — markets with active cash on delivery
  • 1 — account for all 8 markets
  • PT — seller support in Portuguese

What consulting solves

Building a brand in Europe doesn't stall for lack of information. It stalls on too much of it, with no order: the registration that might be mandatory, the label that might be wrong, the margin that might not work, the market that might not be the right one. Each doubt is small on its own; together they freeze people for months.

Consulting turns that tangle into a sequence. One stage at a time, in the order each depends on the last, with the team reviewing what you decided before it costs money. That is always cheaper than finding the mistake after the batch is produced.

It isn't a course, and it isn't a report handed over at the end. It's guidance applied to your operation, by people who run the same warehousing, delivery and cash on delivery structure your brand will use once it's live.

What gets covered

The fronts that decide whether the brand will truly exist, not just on paper.

Regulatory framing

Which category your product falls into, what that demands in registration and labelling, and what changes between the countries you want to sell in.

Product definition

From idea to a specification a factory can actually read: formulation, presentation, packaging and what is feasible at your volume.

Branding and positioning

Name, promise, audience and the difference that justifies the price, worked out alongside the label rather than after it.

Pricing and margin

The full calculation: product cost, warehousing, delivery, payment and refusals. If the margin doesn't work, this is where you find out.

Operating structure

How the brand runs day to day: stock, store integration, payment method per market and support for the end customer.

Launch plan

Which market to start in, at what initial volume, and which numbers to watch in the first weeks to decide whether to scale or correct.

How the guidance runs

  1. Diagnosis — Where you stand today: product, available capital, sales channel and intended market. This is where we separate what is settled from what only looks settled.
  2. A plan in stages — The fronts become a sequence with order, owner and a completion criterion. You leave knowing the next step, not holding a list of thirty simultaneous things.
  3. Guided execution — Each stage is reviewed with the team before the next begins. That's what prevents finding a labelling problem after the batch is produced, or a margin problem after the campaign is live.

Who it's for

Consulting is guidance, not replacement: you remain the one executing.

  • You want your own brand in Europe and don't know where to start
  • You already resell someone else's product and want out of that dependency
  • You have the product defined but are stuck on regulation and labelling
  • You need to validate the margin before committing to a first batch
  • You already sell elsewhere and want to enter Europe without rookie mistakes
  • You can execute and want someone reviewing the big decisions

Frequently asked questions

Does consulting replace a lawyer or an accountant?

No. We guide the path and what the product needs in practice to be sold, based on running the operation every day. Legal opinions, tax obligations and corporate structure stay with your own professionals, and consulting helps you reach them with the right questions.

Do I need the product defined before starting?

No. A good part of the work is moving from a loose idea to a specification a factory can read. If you already have the product defined, the diagnosis simply starts further along.

Do you also manufacture the product?

Yes, through brokering: consulting designs the path and production handles the factory, label and registration side. You can use only the first if you'd rather run production yourself.

How do I check whether the margin works?

Start from the order that was paid, not the order that was sold, and include refusals in the maths. That calculation is part of the pricing stage.
