Company
Our team
An operation in 8 European markets doesn't run on software alone. Behind the panel there are people receiving freight, handling exceptions and talking to sellers.
- PT — seller support in Portuguese
- 8 — markets with active cash on delivery
Who writes our guides and blog
The guides and blog posts on this site are written by Ariel Patrício and Lucas Reda, based on the day-to-day work of running cash on delivery and fulfillment in Europe.
How the team is organised
N1 is organised by operational front, not by job hierarchy. Each front owns one stage of the path an order travels, and answers for it end to end.
In practice, when something goes off script, there's a specific team with the context to fix it, instead of a ticket circulating between departments.
The fronts
Logistics operations
Freight receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and reverse logistics in our warehouses in Europe.
Technology and integrations
Platform, integrations, dashboard and the automation that moves orders without manual work.
Seller support
Support in Portuguese for your team, onboarding follow-up and day-to-day exception handling.
Finance
Cash on delivery reconciliation, payouts and the records that keep closing predictable for both sides.
New sellers
Account assessment, operation design and a frank conversation about fit before any proposal.
What to expect when you contact us
- Support in Portuguese, from people who know the logistics operation
- A single contact channel, instead of topic-based inboxes nobody monitors
- Answers backed by panel data, not estimates
- Escalation to the responsible front when the case calls for it
- Honesty when the answer is “we don't know yet”
