Solution
Order management from checkout to the customer's door
Orders arrive from your store, get picked in our warehouses in Europe and ship with tracking until delivery. No spreadsheets, no manual handoffs, no you in the middle.
- 8 — markets with active cash on delivery
- 24–48 h — typical delivery time after dispatch
- 1 — account for all 8 markets
One flow, from order to after-sales
Operations that grow without a system start losing orders in predictable places: the one that came in after the warehouse closed, the one with an incomplete address, the one the customer wanted to change after dispatch.
N1's order management treats each of those as a state inside a single flow, not as an exception someone has to remember to check. Everything that happens to an order is recorded on it, visible to you and to our support team at the same time. Orders come in through native integrations and, in cash on delivery markets, the collected amount is reconciled on the same order.
The steps that run on their own
Automatic capture
An order approved in your store enters N1's queue automatically, with items, quantities and address already normalised.
Screening and validation
Incomplete addresses, items without stock and duplicates are flagged before picking, not after shipping.
Picking and dispatch
Picking, checking and packing in our warehouses in Europe, with the tracking code written back to the order as soon as it's issued.
Tracking to delivery
Status updated from the local carrier, available in the panel and ready to pass on to your customer.
Cash on delivery on the order
In COD markets, the amount collected at the door is reconciled order by order and shows up in your financial panel.
Returns and refusals
What comes back is received, sorted and, when the product is fit for resale, returned to your available stock.
What you follow in the panel
Without asking anyone for a report or waiting for the end of the day.
- Order queue by status: received, picking, dispatched, delivered
- Orders held for inconsistencies, with the reason stated
- Tracking code and latest carrier event
- Available stock by product
- Returns in transit and what has already gone back to stock
- Full history per order, so you can answer customers with facts
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to enter orders manually?
No. With the integration active, orders come in on their own as soon as they're approved in your store. Manual entry exists as an exception, for orders from channels that aren't integrated yet.
What happens when a customer doesn't receive the order?
The order keeps the carrier's latest event on record and enters the handling flow with the local carrier. Support follows the case and the history stays visible in the panel.
What about orders with a wrong address?
They're held at screening before picking, with the reason stated in the panel. That avoids the worst outcome: paying to ship a parcel that never had a valid destination.
What if a COD customer refuses the parcel?
The order is marked as refused, the parcel comes back to the warehouse and is returned to stock when fit. Refusal is the main hidden cost of cash on delivery, so it is worth tracking closely.
