How to connect
- Open Integrations in the panel — All connections live in one place, each with its state visible: connected, failing or pending.
- Authorise access — Authorisation happens on the source platform. N1 receives what it needs to process orders, not your store password.
- Validate with a real order — The first order that comes in confirms the whole path: capture, stock, dispatch and tracking written back.

What comes after the integration
Connecting the store is the quick part. What takes time is getting your stock to our warehouses in Europe. Once it's there, every integrated order is picked, shipped and, in the 8 markets with cash on delivery, collected and reconciled on the same order.

Which platforms can I connect?
Shopify, CartPanda and Digistore24 natively, plus an API with webhooks for your own checkout or other platforms. Orders sync automatically once the connection is active.
I use a platform that isn't on the list. What now?
The API and webhooks cover most cases. If you need something else, talk to the team and we'll look at your setup before promising anything.
Do I need a developer to connect?
Not for Shopify, CartPanda or Digistore24: the connection is made in the panel, with authorisation on the source platform. The API route does need someone technical on your side.
