CartPanda integration

Set up the CartPanda integration to receive orders directly in N1.

Overview

The CartPanda integration lets you receive orders from the CartPanda platform directly in N1. Orders are synced automatically and become available in the list, ready for processing and dispatch to the warehouse.

How to Set It Up

To configure the CartPanda integration:

  1. Open the Integrations menu
  2. Find the CartPanda card
  3. Click Configure
  4. Follow the instructions in the setup panel
  5. Connect your CartPanda account using the credentials provided

Identifying Orders

Orders originating from CartPanda appear in the list with the platform's own icon, so you can immediately tell where each order came from. That helps when you sell through several sources at once.

Check that the integration status reads 'Active' to make sure new orders are being received.
