Dashboard overview

Get to know N1's main panel: sales metrics, average order value, order volume and how to customise your view.

What the Dashboard is

The Dashboard is N1's central panel, where you track your operation's key indicators in real time. It consolidates sales metrics, order volume and delivery status on a single screen, so you can make fast, data-based decisions.

Metric Cards

Three main cards sit at the top of the dashboard:

  • Total Sales: total revenue for the selected period, automatically converted to the currency chosen in the filter. Values are displayed clearly and update as new orders are processed.
  • Orders: total number of orders in the period, with growth percentage against the previous period. A button lets you hide or show this card as you prefer.
  • Average Order Value: the average value per order, calculated automatically from sales and order count. It is an essential indicator for understanding how your customers buy.

Delivery Funnel

The visual funnel shows how orders are distributed across the delivery cycle:

  • Delivered
  • In transit
  • Shipped
  • Pending
  • Returned
  • Cancelled

Each stage is drawn as a proportional bar, so you can quickly see where most of your orders are and where bottlenecks may be forming.

Financial Section

The dashboard's financial section presents a consolidated summary of the operation's figures, complementing the metric cards with detailed information on revenue, costs and margins.

Getting Started

The first time you open the dashboard, a welcome card walks you through the initial setup. An email verification banner may also appear until your account is confirmed.

On your first visit, the welcome card will guide you through the first setup steps.
