Connect your Digistore24 account and send tracking codes directly from N1.

Overview

The Digistore24 integration syncs orders from the info-product platform with N1 and adds one exclusive capability: sending tracking codes straight from N1's interface. As soon as the warehouse ships the order, you can update the status on Digistore24 with a single click.

How to Set It Up

To configure the integration:

1. Open the Integrations menu
2. Find the Digistore24 card
3. Click Configure
4. Follow the panel instructions to connect your account
5. Authorise access when prompted

Sending Tracking

The exclusive feature of the Digistore24 integration is tracking submission. When an order ships and the tracking code is generated, the Send Tracking action appears in the order list. One click sends the code to Digistore24, updating the status on the source platform and notifying the buyer.

For Digistore24 orders, the 'Send Tracking' action appears directly in the order list.
