Actions available on orders

Learn how to view details, edit and delete orders, and send tracking codes to Digistore.

View Details

Every order in the list has an action that opens the details modal. There you can see all the order information: customer data, items, values, status, tracking code and change history.

Edit Order

The edit action lets you change order information. It is disabled once the order has been shipped, delivered or sent to the warehouse, which protects the integrity of the logistics process. Use editing to correct data before processing.

Delete Order

Deleting an order is only available while the order has not yet been sent to the warehouse. After dispatch, the action is disabled. Deletion is irreversible — be sure before you confirm.

Send Tracking to Digistore

For orders from the Digistore24 platform there is a dedicated Send Tracking action. It sends the tracking code straight to Digistore24, updating the status on the source platform. This action only appears for orders from that integration.

Edit and delete actions are disabled once the order has been sent to the warehouse, which protects the integrity of the logistics process.
