Listing and searching orders

Learn to navigate the order list: search by ID, name or phone, advanced filters and viewing details.

The Orders Page

The orders page is split into two main tabs: All Orders and Fulfillment Queue. The first shows the complete list of orders in your operation; the second gathers the items that need attention (errors, pending work, retries).

Search Bar

The search bar helps you find orders quickly. You can search by:

• Order ID
• Customer name
• Email
• Phone

The search runs in real time as you type.

Available Filters

Filters let you narrow the view:

• Status: Delivered, In Transit, Shipped, Confirmed, Cancelled, Pending
• Platform: Shopify, CartPanda
• Period: Today, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 1 year, All
• Payment status: Paid, Unpaid, Transferred
• Product: filter by the product linked to the order

Orders Table

The table shows the following columns:

• Date
• Reference (platform icon, order number, SKU)
• Customer
• Phone
• Value
• City (with country flag)
• Delivery status
• Payment status

Pagination

Use the items-per-page selector (15, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500) to adjust how many orders are shown. Page navigation lets you work through your entire order base.
