Requesting a product link

Learn how to request a link to a catalogue product and track the status of your request.

How to Request

On the product card in the catalogue, click Request Link. The button changes according to the product's current state: available, already linked, pending, unavailable or loading.

Approval Flow

The flow works like this:

1. You request the link
2. The badge changes to Pending (yellow)
3. N1 reviews the request
4. Once approved, the product appears on the Products page as linked

Link Button States

Each state means something specific:

• Request Link: product available to request
• Already Linked (green): product is already in your operation
• Pending (yellow): request awaiting approval
• Unavailable: product not available at the moment

Confirmation

After you click request, a success modal confirms the request was sent. You can follow the status through the badge on the product card.

Once the link is approved, the product will be available on your Products page with all its stock and price metrics.
