Shopify integration

Connect your Shopify store to N1 to sync products and orders automatically.

Overview

The Shopify integration connects your store to N1 and syncs orders to the warehouse automatically. As soon as a customer completes a purchase in your store, the order is sent to N1 and appears in the list ready for processing.

Integration Status

The Shopify integration card shows badges indicating the state of the connection:

• Active: integration working normally
• Connected: store linked successfully
• Pending: setup incomplete or awaiting validation
• Coming Soon: feature under development

How to Set It Up

To configure the integration:

1. Open the Integrations menu
2. Find the Shopify card
3. Click Configure
4. Fill in the details requested in the integration panel
5. Follow Shopify's authorisation instructions

Order Sync

Once configured, orders from your Shopify store start appearing automatically in N1's order list. Each order shows the Shopify platform icon for easy identification.

After setting up the integration, your Shopify orders will appear automatically in the list with the platform icon.
